“Zippy” Seven, photographed by Terence Connors, will expire on January 31, 2024.
We wish to draw your attention to the following legal obligation
that must be respected under any circumstances:
As per 01 February 2024, NO images, videos or written references
to Zippora Seven may be used and they must be removed within the
deadline.
Should such obligation not be implemented, this would entitle both Zippora Seven and
Terence Connors to damages
for breach of their rights.
We require that you strictly observe and implement this obligation and make sure
any third party you might have collaborated with regarding such usage
shall also respect it.
You may wish to stress this point if and when appropriate to any concerned third parties
collaborating with you.
We count on your support and commitment to avoid any damages,
liabilities, costs, losses, or other expenses that may occur in connection with
any breach of this above duly notified obligation. TAMARA COMOLLI Fine Jewelry GmbH reserves its rights to act against and charge any defaulting party.

copyright and free of charge.

POINT OF SALES:
• Remove all images of Zippora Seven in all Point of Sales.
• Remove all written references to Zippora Seven in all Point of Sales.
• Remove all movies containing images of Zippora Seven in all Point of Sales.
EVENTS:
• Do not use any images of Zippora Seven to decorate your events.
• Do not use any film featuring Zippora Seven to animate your events.
ADVERTISING:
• Do not book any more Zippora Seven Advertising after receipt of this letter.
PRINT:
• Ensure that no leaflet and no catalogue released bears pictures of Zippora Seven.
• Catalogues released prior to February 1 can remain in circulation
but every effort should be made to remove all leaflets bearing Zippora Seven images
or references.
PR:
• Do not communicate using any pictures of Zippora Seven or past interviews.
• Do not communicate using Zippora Seven’s name.
INTERNET:
• Remove any images of Zippora Seven on websites
or in stores.
INTERNAL PRESENTATIONS:
• Remove all Zippora Seven images or references in your presentations.
