April 30, 2024.

We wish to draw your attention to the following legal obligation that must be respected under

be used and they must be removed within the deadline.

Should such obligation not be implemented, this would entitle both
Carolyn Murphy and
Terence Connors to damages for breach of their rights.

We require that you strictly observe and implement this obligation and make sure any third

party you might have collaborated with regarding such usage shall also respect it.

You may wish to stress this point if and when appropriate to any concerned third parties

collaborating with you.

We count on your support and commitment to avoid any damages, liabilities, costs, losses,

or other expenses that may occur in connection with any breach of this above duly notified

charge any defaulting party.

free of
copyright and free of charge.

• Remove

EVENTS:

Do not use any images of Carolyn Murphy to decorate your events.
Do not use any film featuring Carolyn Murphy to animate your events.

ADVERTISING:

Do not book any more Carolyn Murphy Advertising after receipt of this letter.

Catalogues released prior to February 1 can remain in circulation but every
